Zero Pressure Balloons - Near Space Corporation has engineered, manufactured, and flown small stratospheric polyethylene balloons since 1996.  NSC is able to build balloons in a variety of volumes in order to satisfy unique payload weight and altitude requirements.

Super Pressure Balloons - Near Space Corporation designs, manufactures, and launches sphere- and tetroon-shaped polyester super pressure balloons.  These balloons are able to stay aloft for extended durations, increasing the time span during which data can be collected. Our constant-altitude tetroon super pressure balloons play a vital role in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency’s (NOAA) WISDOM project, which collects meteorological data over oceans worldwide in order to better predict hurricane activity.  Click here to track our WISDOM balloons.

Target Balloons - Near Space Corporation builds vinyl target balloons used to calibrate naval guns.  Our propriety design reduces order-to-delivery time and increases radar signature.  NSC has produced hundreds of target balloons that have been used successfully in the field.

Specialty Inflatable Articles - Near Space Corporation works with customers to build custom inflatable articles.  Our unique facility allows us to design, manufacture, and test inflatable object under one roof.  We have created rigid inflatables used for both terrestrial and space applications:  Some have been used to validate planetary exploration concepts for NASA, while others are orbiting the Earth right now.
